ASA Group of Companies ("Franchisor"), operating ShaadiMubarakIndia, grants the Applicant ("Franchisee") a non-exclusive right to operate under the ShaadiMubarakIndia brand within the applied territory (district, city, or state, as selected), subject to the terms below and a formal agreement signed after application approval.
The Franchisee's operating territory will be defined at the tier applied for. Exclusivity within that territory is granted only upon full payment and signed agreement, and may be revoked for inactivity exceeding 90 days.
The franchise fee is payable as per the selected tier (District / City / State) shown above. Fees are one-time and non-refundable once the franchise is activated, except where required by law. GST and other applicable taxes are additional unless stated otherwise.
The Franchisee agrees to: (a) operate under the ShaadiMubarakIndia name and brand guidelines; (b) onboard and verify member profiles honestly and in good faith; (c) maintain the confidentiality of user data in line with the platform's privacy practices; (d) not use the brand name for any unrelated business; (e) submit periodic activity reports as requested by the Franchisor.
The Franchisor will provide: platform access (website, chat room, AI assistant, admin tools for the territory), initial training on onboarding and verification, marketing materials, and reasonable ongoing operational support.
The franchise term is ongoing subject to good standing. Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice. The Franchisor may terminate immediately for breach of brand guidelines, fraud, or conduct harmful to platform users.
The Franchisee operates as an independent business and is not an employee, agent, or legal partner of ASA Group of Companies. The Franchisee is responsible for their own local business registration, taxes, and compliance with applicable law.
ASA Group of Companies' liability under this arrangement is limited to the franchise fee paid. The Franchisor is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the Franchisee's operation of their territory.
Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith discussion between the parties, and if unresolved, through arbitration/courts of competent jurisdiction in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
