These Terms & Conditions govern your use of ShaadiMubarakIndia, a matrimony platform operated under ASA Group of Companies. By registering an account, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (21 for males, as per applicable norms) and legally eligible to marry under Indian law to register on this platform.

2. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself during registration. Providing false information may result in account suspension or termination without refund.

3. Membership Plans & Payments

Membership plans (Free, Basic, Pan India, International, VIP) grant access to features as described on the Pay Online page at the time of purchase. Payments made via UPI or bank transfer are verified manually and may take up to 24 hours to reflect on your account. Membership fees are non-transferable.

4. Refund Policy

Membership fees are generally non-refundable once a plan is activated. Refund requests, if any, will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis by writing to our complaints email listed on the Contact page.

5. Conduct

You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, harassment, impersonation, or to share content that is obscene, defamatory, or misleading. Violation may result in immediate account termination.

6. Profile Verification

We may request identity documents for profile verification. Verified profiles display a badge; verification does not guarantee the accuracy of all information provided by a member.

7. Chat & Communication

Free members receive a limited number of messages. Paid plans include a limited or unlimited number of profile connections as described on the Pay Online page. Misuse of the chat feature (spam, harassment, solicitation) may result in suspension.

8. Vendor Listings

Vendors listed on the platform are independently verified by our team where possible. ShaadiMubarakIndia is not responsible for the quality of services provided by third-party vendors.

9. Limitation of Liability

ShaadiMubarakIndia acts as a platform to facilitate introductions. We do not guarantee successful matches and are not liable for any outcome of interactions between members, including in-person meetings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
